Founder and Director Project Saaf Mohalla Saaf Pakistan

Dr. Nigar has a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering, She is a sustainability expert with more than 2 decades of experience in academia and industry. She has participated in several sustainability related projects in an advisory capacity. She has done a lot of probono work in the environmental realm, focusing on plastic pollution. Dr. Nigar strongly advocates habit change and indigenous initiatives to manage to environmental challenges in Pakistan. In 2019 she founded this Saaf Mohalla Saaf Pakistan without any external funding. She volunteers her time in heading this effort.
